Trishuli Plus Community Action Group, established in 2006, is a community-based non-profit organization. Politically non-aligned and functioning as a non-governmental organization (NGO), it is led and operated by individuals living with HIV (PLHIV) and those affected by TB. Its primary objective is to provide HIV and TB prevention, care, support, and treatment services.
